Mission Statement

                                          The Mission

The Refuge of Hope Apostolic Church, Inc. Assembly (ROHAC) is a fellowship of Bishops, Pastors and churches who are led to submit themselves under the spiritual covering and apostolic authority of Bishop D B Hinton, who is firmly rooted in the Pentecostal-Apostolic faith of succession, ROHAC Ministries represents a departure from the traditional denominational paradigm. Yet being afro-centric in culture we broaden ourselves to reach out to all races, religions and nationalities.

Viewing the Body of Christ as an organism rather than as an organization, we focus on developing authentic covenant connections based on the biblical pattern of "father/son" relationship. ROHAC Ministries seeks to provide acceptance, accountability and affirmation to affiliated Senior Pastors while assisting them to maximize their ministries through education, conferences, meetings, and retreats. Our primary passion is to inspire and empower godly leaders who will be fully equipped to complete their God-given assignment in the earth.

Knowing This:

The Mission Statement is driven by three main categories:  Leadership      Evangelism       Church Growth (Kingdom Increase)

We as one body in Christ believe that these categories are supported by the scripture-"And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature? Mark 16:15

We are called to:  Preach, teach and make disciples of all nations.

We are challenged to: Educate, inspire and motivate our brothers and sisters (men and women) as a whole.

We are committed to: Support and encourage all congregations, ministers and Christian workers who are believers in Christ.

We are consecrated by: The Lord Jesus Christ to a life of prayer, bible study and holy living.

We are: Pentecostal in experience, Apostolic in doctrine but work freely in the gifts of the five fold ministry. Agreeing to be one body in Christ.
